This Strategic Plan 2026–2030 builds on Wild Care Nepal’s learning and experience over the years and sets the direction for its conservation and organizational priorities over the next five years.

- Research for Conservation — generating credible scientific knowledge on priority species, ecosystems, and emerging threats, and ensuring it informs real conservation decisions.
- Conservation and Climate Action — delivering practical, locally led conservation solutions, strengthening human–wildlife coexistence, and growing the economic benefits communities gain from conservation-linked livelihoods.
- Leadership for Conservation — building the next generation of conservation professionals through training, mentorship, and hands-on field experience.
- Partnerships & Institutional Strengthening — strengthening our governance, diversifying our funding, and deepening national and international partnerships so our impact lasts.
